I have started walking, and am REALLY enjoying it! I am lucky to have access to MANY walking trails, and that is the route I am taking. Originally my plan was to walk 20 minutes per day, but yesterday decided to change to 40 minutes, 4 times per week. My goal is to walk the Mother's Day 5k/10k walk run event in Edmonton. Wish me luck!

Go Mom Go! It is nice to have someone else to motivate, and have someone there to motivate me...MOTHERS DAY here we come!
Way to go! I wish I was so ambitious! I can't handle the cold and we are having the mildest winter I've ever known here on the prairies!
